Build and paint paper mache Halloween candy buckets with Artist Resident Shaina Kasztelan.
We love Halloween so we are adding another workshop for the season! Artist Resident Shaina Kasztelan will host the Vintage Paper Mache Holiday Candy Bucket Making Workshop on Sunday, October 27 from 1 PM to 4 PM. The title says it all: come to Buffalo Prescott and make a candy bucket with paper mache. We start with a plastic jack-o-lantern bucket, build and shape paper mache layers, and then paint. Afterwards you take your super cool vintage styled paper mache holiday candy bucket to flex when trick or treating.
Some materials will be provided and a limited number of buckets will be available on-site. Please sign up and/or donate here. Suggested donation of $10 per bucket.
