Celebrate Buffalo Prescott’s first anniversary and the coming of Spring. A magical evening complete with music, art, strolling bites and dessert, cocktails, paper mache mushrooms, and so much more. All proceeds from the Vernal Equinox Soirée will help further the mission of Buffalo Prescott, to nurture the growth of Detroit's contemporary art ecosystem by providing direct material support to artists, fostering multi-layered interactions, and offering accessible educational/cultural programming.

The Visiting Artist + Curator Sponsorship supports bringing national and international artists as well as curators to Detroit for talks that provide professional development and critique. Buffalo Prescott is committed to creating an open online archive of these discussions, as a resource to make art-related practices accessible and demystify the work.

Engagement Sponsor
$5,000.00

Engagement Sponsorship expands vital harm reduction initiatives via our Casual Safe project, by funding the production of packaging, vending machines for distribution, and community overdose reversal training. Additionally enables Buffalo Prescott to experiment and engage with important arts education and other community-focused programming.

Studio sponsorship allows us to provide free spaces to our artist residents and further expand the value of their time at Buffalo Prescott via our partnerships with Independent Curators International and New Art Dealers Alliance. Additionally, enables our residents to travel their work to galleries and art fairs, and produce an annual publication regarding the work.
